Once you book, we’ll send a confirmation email with a link to select your proteins and any add-ons.
Each guest gets two protein choices — steak, chicken, shrimp, salmon, tofu, and more — plus fried rice, veggies, and salad included.

Your chef arrives about 10 minutes early with the grill and ingredients, ready to cook outdoors and entertain your guests for about 90 minutes.
You provide tables, chairs, utensils, and beverages — we handle the rest.

Hibachi FAQ

We bring the Chef, Cooking Setup, and Food. You provide Tables and Chairs for your party, positioned around where our chef will set up to cook. Also provide your guests Eating Utensils, Plates and salad bowls, and Beverages of choice.

Please note we cook outside only.

Our Service has a base price of $50 per adult and $30 per child, with a $550 minimum spend. A travel fee may apply to certain areas. Suggested gratuity for the chef is 20% of total bill. Our services are cash only. There is no deposit required, all payments are due the day of the event.

The chef will arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to reservation time. Our set up process is seamless and only takes a few minutes.

No, we don’t set up your tables and chairs.  We provide the chef, grill, food, sake and of course, great entertainment! Customers will provide utensils, drinks, and table setups.

No, we only cook outside for safety and liability reasons. Our experience is open to terraces, balconies, and under awnings.

No , our food does not contain any nuts or sesame products. Please notify the booking agent of any other food allergy a customer may have.

Yes, we’ve served many gluten-free guests! Our chefs now carry gluten-free soy sauce. Just let us know which protein(s) you’ll be selecting so we can prepare your portion separately and safely.

We travel up to 25 miles from our Kissimmee base with no additional fee. For events located beyond that distance, a travel fee will apply.
